Our quality policy statement indicates our commitment and focuses on what is important to us as an organization: ready to serve Industry and the Nation by achieving customer satisfaction: by continually improving processes, and services to ensure they consistently meet or exceed requirements. With the importance of regular employee training to establish and promote employee awareness in the safety and health aspects of their jobs and taking preventive action to protect the surrounding environment. Our quality policy statement provides the direction and a framework for establishing key corporate level performance measures and related improvement objectives.
Quality Objectives
Our quality goal is to achieve our quality policy and maintain the integrity of and continually improve a QMS compliant with ISO 9001:2015 under Standard Item 009-04(Current Revision). We have established Corporate and Operational level improvement objectives in each of the following areas:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by predicting and eliminating areas of customer complaints, ultimately achieving the desired results with zero to less than 10% rate of (correctable) non-conformances to number of work items.
- Deliver quality work on time or ahead of schedule through proper allocation of resources and adopting the best methods within the industry to complete the work given.
- Continual improvement of our quality management system using corrective action reports (CARS), internal audits, process improvement initiatives, efficient communication and proper documentation.
- Provide continuous employee training to improve competency, which ensures employees are continually learning, better qualified and more knowledgeable to perform the tasks given.
